Yosselyn Espinoza-Rodriguez serves as the Director of Operations at The Tree House Child Advocacy Center, bringing years of experience in nonprofit leadership, program management, and community engagement. Throughout her career, she has been passionate about helping children and families, strengthening community partnerships, and ensuring individuals have access to the resources and support they need.

In her role at The Tree House, Yosselyn oversees daily operations and works closely with staff across departments to create a welcoming, supportive, and organized environment for the children and families they serve.

Fluent in English and Spanish, Yosselyn understands the importance of making families feel heard, respected, and comfortable, especially during difficult times. She believes that compassion, teamwork, and strong relationships are essential to making a meaningful difference.
