Since May 2025, Michelle has worked as a Client Coordinator at The Tree House CAC, where she supports children and families during difficult moments in their lives. Her role focuses on creating a safe, welcoming, and caring environment where every child feels protected, heard, and valued. Whether playing with children, listening to their needs, or supporting families, she strives to make a positive difference every day.

Before joining The Tree House, she worked on a farm and an appliances store. However, she has always had a strong desire to help others, especially those in need. This position has allowed her to turn that desire into meaningful work.

As a Spanish speaker, learning a new language has been one of her greatest challenges. Nevertheless, the language barrier has never stopped her from pursuing her purpose: helping others. Through patience, compassion, and determination, she continues to grow personally and professionally. Working at The Tree House has been one of the best decisions of her life, and she is grateful to contribute to its important mission of supporting children and families.”
