Estefany is originally from El Salvador and joined The Tree House in July 2024. Her passion for helping children and families makes her a wonderful fit for the organization. As a professional interpreter and notary public, she is committed to helping others as much as she can and ensuring families feel supported, welcomed, and respected.

Estefany was inspired by someone who compassionately supported a loved one through difficult medical experiences and language barriers. That kindness taught her the importance of being present for others without expecting anything in return. Today, she strives to make every person who enters Tree House feel safe and welcomed. She believes a genuine smile, kind words, and a welcoming conversation can make a meaningful difference during life’s most challenging moments.
